if u want free ware.......go 4 d AVG anti-virus....

and AdAware as ur anti-spyware...

otherwise u hv a wide range of such security suites but they will cost u....

AVG, they have a free edition and a version that is more geared to businesses for a very nominal fee. That's what I'm using and I've never had a problem yet.

I highly recommend that you download Ad-Aware SE .... Its an excellent program thats free... Run the program every week and it will clean out the junk in your computer well.. I think you can get it at www.downloads.com
Ad-Aware (get it from downloads.com) is amazing. As is AVG Free.
