Yes, but they're not free. You can get ZoneAlarm Security Suite, which is a firewall, antivirus and antispyware, all in one.

If you want to go the ''free'' route, you can get AVG antivirus, Ad-aware (which scans for spyware), and ZoneAlarm free firewall (or you could just use Windows' firewall).

You need all three kinds of protection to keep your computer very healthy. The downside to the free anti-spywares is that they don't catch spyware as its put on your computer (but you can still scan and remove it that way.)
