damn, these people are making it too hard at first. Just try and system restore back to an earlier date. Find this in your accessories in system tools. Maybe your antivirus expired and you need to buy or get a hold of a new subscription. Symantec sucks anyways. Try Windows Live OneCare. I love it more than anythingg, free 90 days on it too if you get it, and no I do not sell these nor claim responsibility just use the product =)
