my norton scan found 3 on detected and said not deleted when i pressed the delete. 2 are spyware.keykey and the other is hacktool.screenlock which is the one i am more worried about.Anyones help would be much appreciated in trying to get these removed from my computer.

I use this trend micro suite after many years of using norton. however unlike norton and many other scanners they update the signatures (the detection engine) as frequently as hourly on occasion.
ig you really want to use symantec/ norton then www.symantec.com and search for help there.
Go to symantec website and ask them to remove it=them for you
get shot of Norton. Get AVG Free and be happy
well u should do this: locate the infected files ,restart in safe mode,delete files...easy
