If you are looking for a good program try avast. go to there site to download it for free. The program works great. a siren goes off when you try and enter an infected site and allows you to take care of it before it effect your system. It runs the whole time your pc is running. you'll still need a spyware removel program but you need both normally anyways. Our pc got infected and it was almost destroyed because of the virus. When we took it to a tech to get it fixed he installed avast for us and it works awesome.

First of all, get rid of ME, you'll have nothing but problems. Norton Antivirus is the best, hands down. I've bench tested both McAfee and Norton and Norton killed McAffe.
