if they are trojan horses they arent "real" files anyway. leave them in quarantine or delete them, it shouldnt effect your hard drive either way.

dont delete tham if thay are system files!!! try using kaspersky antivirus protection
Use Ad-aware.
It's not going to hurt anything if you leave them in Quarantine. At Virtual Lab Systems, we usually delete or wipe them out. However, there are times when that can have a negative effect. Our opinion is, Quarantine them for your own safety.

Free 30 day trial. AVG sucks. Use the link provided and use the 30 day free trial while you look for a quality free anti spyware program. Ewido will clean it out your system. I used AVG, ad aware se, ewido, avats, and superantispyware. I ended up with xoft se, but had to purchase. But to my knowledge that is the best on the market right now. You can download the software, but you can not take any action without purchase. So I did.
Normally it's best to delete rather than quarantine. The only time to quarantine is when the file is a word document or something you may need, then quarantine and hope the next update to the anti virus software will be able to clean the virus so you can use the file again.
Your excellent free AVG has removed and isolated the infected files.
